An afternoon of calm and connection

This wellbeing session begins with time to settle the body and mind before moving into breathwork informed by polyvagal theory. You’ll learn simple breathing techniques to support feelings of safety, connection and ease, helping the nervous system shift out of protective patterns and into rest and renewal.

A seasonal yoga practice will follow, suitable for all levels, offering a slow, nourishing flow designed to open the body, create space, and invite a sense of lightness and clarity. Afterwards, we’ll explore mindfulness in everyday life, sharing practical tools you can take with you beyond the workshop, followed by a guided meditation to restore calm, warmth and inner clarity.

The workshop session will conclude with a relaxed circle, enjoying refreshments and creating a quiet space to reflect, share, and rest.
