Important Information

What to bring
  • All visitors must have a pre-booked e-ticket / ticket to come onto the Estate. E-tickets / tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or replaced. The resale, alteration or defacing of an e-ticket / ticket makes it void.
  • Please bring with you a form of photographic identification, ideally a passport, driving licence or bus pass.

Dogs
  • Only service and assistance dogs are allowed onto the Estate.
  • Please let Customer Services know before your visit if you will be accompanied by an service or assistance dog.
  • We recommend that, if possible, service or assistance dogs wear a jacket or lead slip to identify them as working.
  • Staff reserve the right to ask visitors to remove their dog if it is deemed not to be behaving appropriately.
  • Dogs must not be left in your vehicle during your Garden Tour/Event.

    Emergency or running late

    In case of an emergency or if you are running late on the day of your tour please refer to the contact information on your ticket.


    Safety and security
    • Garden Tours and Events run to a strict timetable. To allow time for parking and security checks, please plan your journey to ensure that you arrive at Highgrove up to 15 minutes before your Garden Tour or Event is due to start. Garden Tour or Event start times are printed on your e-tickets / tickets. If you are a coach party, please arrive 30 minutes before your Garden Tour is due to start.
    • The use of mobile phones and cameras (including dash cam recording) is restricted to certain areas of the Estate which will be explained to you on entry. Binoculars and other forms of recording equipment are not allowed for security reasons.
    • Random bag checks may be carried out for security reasons.
    • Smoking, including vaping and the use of e-cigarettes, is not allowed anywhere on the Estate.
    • We regret that Highgrove Garden Tours and Events are not suitable for children under the age of nine. Children aged nine and over will be charged at the usual ticket rate.
    • Highgrove Gardens are protected sites under section 128 of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005. Trespass at the site is a criminal offence. You must remain within the public area at all times. Failure to do so may make you liable to prosecution.
    • You agree at all times while visiting Highgrove Gardens to comply with the Conditions and with any directions given by ourselves or by our representatives.
    • You agree to submit to, and comply with, the security checks in place at the point of admission to Highgrove Gardens and at such other points on the premises of the Residence as we consider appropriate. We may refuse admission if you fail to submit to or to comply with the security checks.
