About L'affinage du Fromage

'Affinage' is arguably the most important part of the cheesemaking process; it refers to the refinement of cheese from mere squeaky curds to become one of the amazing myriad of cheeses you love and know... and others that are just waiting for an introduction. Each one has its own story, bourne from culture, time and place. L'affinage du Fromage is a small husband-and-wife team and the longest-running specialist cheesemonger in Bristol. We stock between 70 and 80 artisan and farmhouse cheeses from nine countries, supply the public and restaurants, and ship cheeses to customers nationwide.
