Seasonal canapés with Kelly

Renowned for her beautifully presented, seasonal canapés and immersive culinary experiences, Kelly has spent over a decade creating bespoke food for exclusive events, country house gatherings and luxury celebrations across the UK. With a passion for seasonal ingredients, thoughtful presentation and relaxed English hospitality, her workshops are designed to inspire guests to entertain beautifully and effortlessly.

In this special two-hour masterclass, Kelly will demonstrate a collection of refined festive canapés perfect for Christmas entertaining, sharing elegant flavour combinations, creative presentation ideas and professional styling tips that bring a sense of theatre and occasion to seasonal gatherings. Guests will also enjoy a glass of Highgrove Champagne whilst immersing themselves in the experience.

Festive tablescaping with Sarah

Alongside the culinary demonstration, Sarah from Beyond The Table Design will guide guests through the art of creating warm, elegant and inviting festive tablescapes. Through thoughtful styling, practical guidance and an approachable eye for detail, Sarah will share simple yet impactful ideas to elevate hosting and create a memorable atmosphere that feels both luxurious and attainable.

Set within the beautiful surroundings of Highgrove, this relaxed and immersive workshop celebrates the joy of gathering, seasonal living and the timeless art of entertaining well. This relaxed and luxurious workshop is designed to leave guests inspired to host guest beautifully at home throughout the festive season and beyond.

Kelly Bailey is a chef and the founder of The Buttery Dish, a boutique catering company based in the Cotswolds. Passionate about seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, Kelly creates food that is elegant yet approachable, bringing warmth and flavour to every dish.

Her love of food began at a young age and has grown into a career focused on crafting menus that celebrate simplicity, quality, and taste. Whether catering an intimate dinner, a country wedding, or a festive gathering, Kelly’s cooking reflects her belief that food should bring people together.

About Sarah

Sarah is the founder of Beyond The Table and has a lifelong passion for hosting and creating meaningful moments around the table. What began as dinner parties for friends and family grew into a career in Hospitality and Event Management in Tunbridge Wells and London, followed by a return to her love of hosting at home.

Inspired by her passion for antique shops, flea markets, homeware and beautiful tablescapes, she founded Beyond The Table to help others create memorable, considered and sustainable experiences at home.

Through Beyond The Table, Sarah curates unique event concepts and stunning tablescapes, bringing people together through the joy of food, conversation and time spent around the table.

  • Please do not bring dogs onto the Estate (only assistance and guide dogs permitted).
