Working at Highgrove

Highgrove Gardens is a high-quality garden and home lifestyle business with an emphasis on design and craftsmanship. The business generates income for The King’s Foundation. We are always eager to meet passionate and talented professionals who would like to join our team.

Highgrove is the private residence of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla. Highgrove Gardens are a showcase for His Royal Highness’s commitment to organic and sustainable practices, helping to encourage wildlife and create a harmonious environment. A G Carrick was established to manage the commercial activities at Highgrove, with profits being donated to The King’s Foundation.

Highgrove is renowned for excellence, from the exceptional visitor experience it provides through Garden Tours to the high standard of products found in its shops. Customers can trust that by purchasing from Highgrove, they are purchasing high-quality and authentic items.

The strength of Highgrove has been created thanks to its employees’ energy, commitment, talent and enthusiasm to deliver the highest standards. The key to the success of our business is the contribution of the people who work for us.

There are two facets to the business:

  • Retail – with an emphasis on design and craftsmanship
  • Garden tours and high-end events
