Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra (Half-Day)

Led by Rachael Thorogood & Angie Cottrell

Saturday 4th July 2026

£95.00

Rachael leads an introduction to the session, exploring the healing power of resonance and mindfulness.

The session will begin with the attendee’s personally selecting an antique Tibetan singing bowl, which you will place at your feet. This will be played for each person individually by Rachael during the session. Guided Breathwork techniques will be offered, where attendees may choose to use this to enhance their relaxation journey into the guided Yoga Nidra with intuitive sound which subtly leads into a sound bath utilising preselected planetary gongs and sound therapy instruments.

Please note, this is a half-day workshop. Guests are kindly asked to bring yoga mats and blankets.

Benefits and Intentions

Yoga Nidra is often known as ‘sleeping yoga’ and holds many benefits with consistent practice; including improved sleep, a greater sense of well-being and happiness, reduced muscular tension and enhanced mental function and clarity of mind.

Sound therapy is a wellness practice that uses sound to promote relaxation, balance and allows each individual to enter their own healing response. We are looking forward to holding space for you to come and switch off and be bathed in the words of a yoga Nidra and the vibrational sounds of gongs and Tibetan singing bowls.

The intention will be for each guest to leave Highgrove feeling reconnected, relaxed and restored.
