Our organic strawberry preserve is a mouth-watering combination of plump, ripe strawberries and tangy lemon and pairs perfectly with cream or butter on warm scones or as a filling for a classic Victoria sponge. Indulge yourself with our rich, buttery, melt-in-the-mouth organic shortbread biscuits, which are hand-baked in a family-run traditional Edinburgh bakery and are an excellent accompaniment to our Highgrove Prince of Wales loose tea—a princely combination of robust Assam tea and light yet flavourful Ceylon tea.
