The leaves are suitable for outdoor and indoor settings, made with mild steel, with exterior grade powder coating. Over time, if used outside, there will be eventually the risk of rust, which may be perceived as an attractive feature of ageing. Otherwise, keep your leaf treated with a metal paint such as hammerite. If used indoors and kept dry, it is unlikely to rust.
