Designed in a traditional house style, with a sloped roof and chimney, this beautifully proportioned bird box is ideal for house sparrows, robins, tits, and other small garden birds. A pre-drilled fixing hole makes it easy to attach securely to a tree or wall.

Engraved with the Highgrove logo, each bird box is made exclusively for Highgrove from recycled cedar timber, repurposed from leftover manufacturing materials. Naturally durable, cedar requires no chemical preservatives and will gradually weather to an elegant silver-grey, allowing the box to blend harmoniously into its garden surroundings.

Overseas Deliveries, Customs, and Duties:
For all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for paying any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges vary by product type and local regulations and must be paid before customs release.

If customs charges are unpaid or the order is not collected, the goods may be returned to us. In such cases, your refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost, a reasonable return shipping fee, and an administrative fee to cover all related costs.

For orders delivered to the USA, additional duties and taxes may apply depending on product origin, in line with US customs laws. The 20% UK VAT is removed at checkout to reflect export pricing.

Customers must verify that their products can be legally imported into their destination country. Highgrove / A G Carrick Ltd. cannot be held responsible for refused deliveries due to import restrictions or unpaid customs fees. Any refusals will result in additional charges for the customer.

For orders to the USA: Recent changes mean deliveries to the United States are now subject to additional duties and taxes. These are dependent on where our product is made or grown worldwide and are applied in accordance with US customs regulations. Please note that the 20% UK VAT is removed at checkout, so you pay the correct amount for export orders.

Important local import restrictions: It is vitally important that you check that the goods you are ordering are permitted to be imported into the destination country. Highgrove / A G Carrick Ltd. does not accept liability for costs incurred if ordered goods are refused entry. Overseas customers must pay all due customs and duties and understand that Highgrove / A G Carrick Ltd cannot refund purchases that are refused delivery due to unpaid customs charges. For any returned items, the customer will incur an additional charge.

Tracking: Deliveries will usually require a signature at the delivery address. A tracking link will be sent with your email dispatch confirmation if applicable. We cannot pass additional delivery instructions to our carriers. If no one is available to sign for your Delivery (UK only) a card will be left and your order will be taken to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office for you to collect.
